Welcome to The Yellow Retreat Unit B, the left-hand home of our colorful midcentury-inspired Panama City Beach duplex. Set in a residential neighborhood within walking distance of beach access and nearby restaurants, the home combines cheerful furnishings, playful abstract art, and thoughtful comforts for families and friends.

Your reservation includes Unit B, a two-story home with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, a spacious living room, fully stocked kitchen, covered balcony, covered outdoor dining patio, and fully fenced backyard.

The home accommodates up to 9 guests, with sleeping space for 8 guests in beds plus one additional guest on the living-room sofa.

Step inside and settle into the oversized sectional for movie nights or afternoon downtime. The living room and all three bedrooms have smart TVs, while high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and central heating help keep your stay comfortable.

The spacious kitchen features a large island, refrigerator, new Sharp microwave, dishwasher, full stove and oven, cookware, bakeware, dinnerware, wine glasses, food processor, blender, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker. Coffee, a selection of teas, and complimentary cooking essentials including spices, salt, pepper, sugar, and olive oil are provided.

The dining table comfortably seats six and can accommodate up to eight, with three additional seats at the kitchen island. Sliding doors lead directly to the covered outdoor dining patio, where you can enjoy meals beneath the string lights.

For families traveling with little ones, the home includes a Pack ’n Play travel crib and high chair. Board games, backyard games, and a bathtub in the hallway bathroom add extra conveniences for family stays.

All three bedrooms are upstairs:

1) Primary Suite: King bed for two, smart TV, closet storage, dedicated workspace, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The private ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a toilet with a bidet. The covered balcony features woven chairs and a small table overlooking the backyard.

2) Queen Bedroom: One queen bed sleeping two guests, smart TV, bedside lighting, and colorful artwork. This room shares the full hallway bathroom with the bunk room.

3) Bunk Room: Two twin-over-twin bunk beds providing four individual sleeping spaces, plus a smart TV and storage for belongings. The shared hallway bathroom includes a bathtub and shower combination.

A convenient half bathroom is located downstairs. Bed linens, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, and iron are provided.

Outside, enjoy your fully fenced backyard with palm trees, Adirondack seating around the fire pit, cornhole, and giant four-in-a-row. A covered dining patio keeps outdoor meals close to the kitchen.

The backyard also includes an electric BBQ grill with an integrated temperature sensor and a separate small charcoal grill, giving you flexible options for outdoor cooking.

The backyard has a connecting gate to Unit A, allowing both outdoor spaces to become one larger gathering area when the entire duplex is reserved together.

Pets are welcome.

Complimentary use of your own washer and dryer is included, making longer stays easy. Free on-site parking and smart-lock self check-in make arrival convenient.

Whether you spend your days at the beach and nearby restaurants or relaxing around the fire pit, Unit B gives your group a comfortable home base with plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy together.

Guest Access

Your reservation includes private access to Unit B, the left-hand home of the duplex, including all 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, kitchen, living room, covered balcony, covered outdoor dining patio, and fenced backyard.

You will have your own private entrance with smart-lock access, complimentary use of the washer and dryer, and free on-site parking.

Unit A is a separate home and is not included unless you have reserved the entire duplex.

Pets are welcome.

There are exterior security cameras at the front and rear of the property. They are used solely for safety and security purposes and are not routinely monitored live. Footage is reviewed only if needed in connection with an incident.

Traveling with a larger group? Unit A and Unit B can also be reserved together as The Yellow Retreat, accommodating up to 18 guests, subject to availability.
