Tucked away in Demuth Park, the house feels quiet and private, yet you’re only a short 5-minute drive from Downtown Palm Springs, where you’ll find shopping, dining, and entertainment.
The bright contemporary kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals with ease, whether you’re making a quick breakfast or a full dinner for the group. With its clean design, modern appliances, and functional layout, it’s a space that’s both beautiful and practical. • The Master Suite comes with a queen bed, a smart TV, and has a connecting Jack and Jill bathroom with the standalone "Casita."

• The "Casita" has its own exterior entrance or can be accessed through its ensuite Jack and Jill bathroom, linked with the master room. It's fitted with a queen bed, a smart TV, and a kitchenette.

• The initial Guest Room has a queen bed, workspace, and a smart TV.

• The subsequent Guest Room houses two twin beds, convertible to a King if needed, along with a smart TV. The initial and subsequent Guest Rooms share an updated bathroom with a sleek walk-in shower.
